Description: Design and installation of en-suite shower room in a wonderful 3 bedroom flat in Finchley, London. The project brief was to convert the small downstairs WC to incorporate a functional shower enclosure and create an additional bathroom within the property by reorganizing the layout of the adjacent bedroom. We were really pleased with the result.
The project involved:
1. Reorganizing layout of the adjacent room and completing stud work and sound insulation
2. Complete first and second fix plumbing and electrical works
3. Installation of Shower enclosure with sliding glass door, thermostatic mixer, overhead shower
and hand-held hose
4. Installation of recessed bathroom downlights and LED mirror
5. Minimalist wall hung basin with deck mounted taps
6. LED mirror
7. Classic metro-feel brick tiling on walls in an emerald green
8. Underfloor heating
