Description: This wonderful property serves as a London home for an international client. The brief was to renovate the property suitable for a large family and household staff.

This project involved:
• A complete rewire of the property designed with smart-home audio-visual functionality in mind
• Install 4 bathrooms throughout the property – a blend of main, en-suite and guest bathroom functionality
• Design and install new kitchen with bespoke carpentry
• Improve the internal layout of the property to incorporate household staff quarters
• Design and install a bespoke spiralling staircase
• Herringbone/ parquet flooring throughout the ground floor with underfloor heating
• Install a new central heating system and radiators throughout the property
• Retain original sash windows- stripped back and redecorated
• Bespoke carpentry – a heritage-feel walk-in-wardrobe
• Plastering and decoration throughout the property
