Description: Complete refurbishment of a newly purchased 4-bedroom property in Wraysbury.

The project involved:
1. Complete gut-out of existing property
2. Boiler and central heating installation
3. Electrical rewire of property with smart home capability integrated into the audio and lighting design
4. Complete decorative works throughout property (plastering and decoration)
5. Installation of engineered wood flooring and tiling throughout ground floor
6. Design and installation of main bathroom and en-suite, downstairs WC
7. Bespoke carpentry work throughout the property to create suitable storage and study/work space
